Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Purchases are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers have 30 days to complete an exchange or receive store credit.
ALL items requested for an exchange or store credit must be shipped out and received within the 30 days of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ariasclothingboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to contact you. If approved, you’ll be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Purchases for mystery boxes ONLY are only eligible for size exchange. NO STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM.
MAKEUP SCOOPS ARE FINAL SALE AND NO EXCHANGE ALLOWED.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY
We will email you to confirm your order and shipping address. If you forget to confirm or do confirm your shipping address and it is the wrong address we are not responsible for lost packages. If we issue a refund for a wrong address order, a 10% restocking fee will be charged to your refund.
